If you have an injury that needs to heal or have surgery we want you to take care of that before you start training.  However if it is something that won’t go away, we will adapt things to fit what you can do!  Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and our program works with you to improve things, while also learning to use your strengths. For our instructors it is a fun challenge to work with people who don’t move the same and find a way to modify a technique so that it can still have the same result as the original method!
